i would like to lodge a complaint against cyn
he was rude, threatening and intimidating in a 5p game yesterday
i am sure he can supply the details
i muted him to avoid any further upset
but he still preceeded to ban me for 60 days for 'unsporting conduct'
i played this game fair, said nothing untoward and feel aggrieved by the gm jutice board
i would like this game reviewed by a chief moderator
or at least a moderator who is not cyn or his dear friend trace

He is a she. You have already requested it be looked into, I would do so, but you specifically don't want me to (that's coz i banned you 5 days not so long ago). Therefore you will have to wait till someone else can.

Bill2k06 may not be able to for the moment, so you can either wait quietly. Or have sim or canon do so. Unless you change your mind.

I will be happy to see CYN point and view in this case.usually CYN reply to that sort of attacks against her quickly and she was always right to do so as she never done something wrong.

I believe that another mod should check the over all conduct of the above mentioned player for all games of the last few days. Im almost sure that this persons ban may even get increased as they obvioulsy have not learned from previous bans and penaltys. People who set out to ruin evry game they are in should be banished from the site completely in my opinion. THere is no need to ruin other peoples games in any dircumstances, if people dont like losing they should not play the game full stop. And considering the amount of complaints made against this person I think CYN was quite within reason to put such a ban on the person.

sim trace may be the head mod but we have had our differences recently
canon the game was about 4 oclock last night, me as pageup, cyn as addicted3, i cant remember the other ones, if cyn has used it to ban me for 60 days surely she has a record

i have played gm for over 3 years and never suffered a 60 day ban
so obviously i dont ruin ever game
when someone, aka u, opens other peoples propertys and dosent bid then bids solely against me it irrates me, that is unsporting behaviour

It's up to you of course, but you will get the matter sorted sooner if you allow sim/and or canon to look into it for you.

I just want normal investigation , becouse u r not the first that complaint against her, and even she got cleared in all other similar cases, I still belive she have done something wrong(overpower).But thats just guessing,only mods can investigate cases like that one.

Right... this is a pretty sticky situation.

Firstly, pageup's conduct in various games (chat logs) is rather arrogant and of unsporting nature. (not attacking you pageup, but the logs speak for themself).

However, it isnt easy to put a finger on an exact offense as such without going into a cheat trade complaint, because there isn't one really. There is also no foul language or major abusive behaviour, although from conversations in games it's evident that your attitude towards others could very well spoil someone's time playing this game... Constant jabs at other players in every game (and I just checked through the last 5 days of them!).

Marydacat/pageup, this is not fair conduct and I am not going to undermine CYN's decision on her ban implemented on you, although 60 days is a bit extreme and I will be dropping this down to 15 (starting today)... ON CONDITION... that you seriously start treating others with more respect. It's really not that difficult.

I will personally be keeping track of your actions from now on, because believe me, I am going to be in the firing line once again for this. Fair enough?
