Moderators have the right to play GM and should not be bombarded with PM's whilst in a game. This applies to when they are on a moderator account, or not.

Please either wait till the moderator comes out of the game, or post on the forum your request/problem, or speak to another moderator if they are available in the lobby.

I would also like to request PM's to moderators on the lobby if dealing with a complaint you raised be kept to a minimum. Please do not PM them, they will PM you if they require more information.

This is to help moderators deal with complaints in a more efficient way and to give them a chance to think without being distracted by PM's.
