To note lifttheburden owned pink (2 upgrades and brown 4 upgrades), cpbnh orange and cyan, ooo00 yellow and black.
Although the game was into ec jcceravolo had plenty of cash plus 4 extractors to use red. I don't feel that the cash amount given plus the 1 black was enough to give ooo00 any chance of getting above 4th position. But the trade did help jcceravolo gain 1st.

Therefore I will rule this as a cheat trade.
