Around 21.45-22.00 GMT+1 i played a 4 player game including tyrs, velebit, a guy who's name i can't remember and myself. A trade took place between tyrs and velebit after velebit offered to sell 3rd orange card to tyrs for 1200. I know that since velebit and I are real life friends and he told me so. Tyrs then responded with another offer, 1100 for one of his oranges, meaning he sold velebit an orange card for 1100 leaving him with 2 oranges and no money. He, of course, did not realize that at the time and accepted the offer thinking tyrs wants to buy 3rd orange for 1100. All that happened somewhere around 20-30 minute mark, possibly bit less.

The trade and previous trade offers were as stated above.

trys has recieved a 50% point reduction
velebit 25% point reduction

Sorry I know it seems crazy, but both trading parties are responsible for trades. I have opted for 25% for velebit as I do feel trys may well have been trying to con him, and obviously succeeded.
There was nothing in the chat by trys to suggest he made a error or made any attempt to correct it.

I don't see why velebit should have his points reduced since he was already damaged by this trade and impaired for the game (the fact that he did well later on in the game means he would've done even better without that trade). Although it is clear and we agree on the fact that it was a con architected by tyrs alone and velebit was the victim here, u still rule against him. If u ask me, that's unfair. As for tyrs, i've seen 50% reduction for trades that were done by someone struggling to survive for one more lap on the board, and they were far from cons. This was done intentionally with the goal to sell velebit something that isn't worth anything for a lot of money. Basically, victim gets half the punishment that purpurtrator gets. I don't see how that's fair, sorry.
