Just came out of a game with Britter, I was playing as Eishh.

Last roll in Ec would have killed him, but then he goes and does that annoying act of stalling for the entire few mins left on his clock... eventually quitting at 25 secs left.

This is such an annoying and pathetic act. I will not rule on this as a mod, because I was playing as a normal player, but eyes are on you. Noted that you have been banned before. Idea

Britter has been banned on 3 occasions, stalling has been reported several times.

I will therefore ban britter again for 14 days.
