Hello everyone,

I am sad to break the news to everyone but I am resigning from the game as Ban Advocate. I made every effort I could to investigate areas of the ban processes which could be reformed but it completely back fired and no one could understand I was only looking for improvements and work as an intermediary to help troubled players on bans.

What really made me pull the plug was....... not to name names but a certain person sending a certain threatening email which very much resembled this:

I would like to thank Trace for providing help with the information she could and to Gareth for his oversight of moderators. Maybe one day if there is a better understanding I will resume. Until then I wish all the banned players the best of luck with their ordeals.

bla before i cared about expressing opinions, now i have been relegated to slave status like so many others that have come before me

slave ?? why cant you just be a player of the game, another number, another mere mortal just playing the game and having fun , instead of inciting arguments/bad feeling/ quarrels, it would be much easier to just enjoy and play.

all bans are monitored so , you can sleep without anxiety of thinking about other peoples bans ,

peoples ethics and beliefs are different, if speaking to you as just Gareth the player it w/b a different story then Gareth the head moderator therefore I can no longer talk

type /ghost username anywhere in a forum comment to turn them into a ghost

or /invisible yourusername to make yourself invisible
