while it is understandable to get irritated or mad when losing, accusations of cheating or helping another that are unfounded are not appropriate and to then go to name calling is definitely unacceptable.

Ok firstly it is within the rules to auction others property, so as much as some players do not like this strategy, it is allowed.

Mouthing off at people instead of simply reporting the issue on the forum is not ok. To call people names or be abusive in either the lobby or in a game is not acceptable. Yes sometimes games can become annoying if people trade badly or other things. But this is exactly why we have moderators and a forum. So you can report and allow us to check and take action as required.

However diavolos you have been giving abuse instead of just reporting the incident. The name calling that occurred in the cheezycrust game is not on. CYN had not long given a warning here to you about such things.

So in light of this I will issue a 5 day ban. Which is not long, but hopefully will give you time to rethink how you deal with people who may annoy you in the future.

I thought about it, and I believe people such as those need extremely offensive language to deal with them, because an asshole personality cannot be changed, so I believe people such as CYN and cheezycrust deserve such language to be spoken with them; we are just talking online, but if those people were around me in real life I would do physical damage that will make them change their asshole personality.
But in this case, I cannot do anything but sit and laugh at your 5 day ban action. I hope you are happy with that judgement of yours, but please bare in mind that banning people is the most you can reach, but more than that I don't think you could do much... Just what I expect from an english scumbag living in a country and pay taxes.
