please investigate that trade. trades like that one ruin games.

while it may have been seen as a bad trade it is not imo a cheat trade, as the player getting the black may have viewed it as getting better position and income and believing the player getting the green did not have funds to upgrade enough to hurt him. While most would not make this trade i do not think it was cheating just bad judgment.

I cannot rule this as a cheat trade, as it did benefit both players.

Cash for all players at the time of trade was very low. Although danijel_ck did not own the 4th black, it did provide instant income. Where as on green it would cost to upgrade.

I can see no better trade prospects for both players at the time of the trade due to such low cash.
