The problem with this trade was the amount of property given for only 1200 with start at 30.

Base value for 3 cyan is 900
base value for 2 yellow is 1800

Now those figure are only a guide value, and not absolutely necessary to meet in order for a trade to be mutually beneficial.

However the problem with this trade is the amount of property given, and that you could upgrade it all with the cash you had. This then gave a unfair advantage.

So I agree with CYN on this trade.

If it had been 1200 for either yellow or cyan, I would of passed the trade as ok. It would of been a low price, but the other player needed the cash for green upgrades. So would of been benefical.

The trade was simply too much property for too little cash.
