Yes mate, from past experiences, it seems like the server has crashed and is rebooting.
With the forum being active, it is not a complete shut down, it must be game related only. |

the last time this happened, it was just before xmas, and the crash was a lot worse as even the forum was dead. It took 2/3 days to sort its self out.
just keep trying, it could be resolved at any moment, but i'd guess it will be ok tomorrow, just be warned, the server can be very unstable after a reboot for about half a day. |
