baltimore, noob1, peterpan,romaia and myself 5p
at around minus 250 on recession baltimore owned oranges, yellows and 1 green, whilst romaia owned whites and 2 greens. baltimore sent 800 to romaia for the 2 greens !!!!
shouldnt it have been 1400 minimum price for both?
through this cheat baltimore came 2nd 3rd or 4th place baltimore was in the running for before this cheat trade, i ended up 5th position because of this and noob1 3rd , when he most defianately had 1st or 2nd spot..
not good baltimore!

I'm going to rule this as NOT a cheat trade.

It was well into recession (-355) at the time the trade was accepted. After ec value of property falls, and its more what someone can realistically pay for it to be worth while.

In this game balimore after paying 800 for them (which is above credit value), only had cash for 3 upgrades at the most.

Romaia was in line for 4th. Noob1 would likely of been in line for 1st.

The end ranking was:
Baltimore 1st
peterpan 2nd
noob1 3rd
romaia 4th
monopol_ace_2 5th

So It appears both players advanced their positions with the trade, so their I don't class it as a cheat.
