Under the T+C's ruling found at http://www.galacticmag.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3386
this player is now banned permanently, due to foul and abusive behaviour towards moderators and lobby,
also found to be bypassing ban issued by myself around 6months ago for the same thing
