Dibb opened the 2nd yellow early in the game for billyewill and then later billewill did not bid on the last red when he was the only one able to do so and diib got it for 600. They are working together.

Sorry efraiser i will let tracy and/or bill review this however from what i see they didnt do anything that warrants a cheat. Everyone has their own strategy and to let someone buy yellow early may have been part of him wanting the other to spend their funds on that so they could get another property cheaper. As for blocking someone and not buying the red. He is not obligated to stop someone. That would be saying you can spend all of your funds on anything you like but because I kept mine it is my responsibility to bid and block. If you want to block someone you need to keep the funds to do so. If he let you buy whatever you wanted and then blocked the other player that would be the same in the reverse of what youre saying and the other player would accuse of you two teaming. No one is obligated to bid on a property and may open which ever property they wish.

Im not saying that he should have blocked but he at least should have bid, every other piece of property in the game was bid on to at least drive up the price. But in regards to these two players it was not.
