sorry this is my first post.
my user name is deviant. i was plying 4p game with thadamman and gentlemen and kerk
gentlemen and kerk colluded (my belief). i think this is clearly scene in the game during what took place in their trade right before my auction, around 5:50am eastern or so... then kerk left
they systematically inflated the values on the board, and kerk left leaving gentlemen ballin with cash and whites
nonsense (in my humble opinion)
if anyone could please review this, you time and efforts will be greatly appreciated

it was definately collusion.

Then when EC was still at around +150 or so, kerk gave gentlemen 2 whites (giving gentlemen all 4), and a black and $1000 for 4 properties that kerk didnt even need and couldnt build on or get monopoly with. This was a blatant cheat trade and messed up the entire game. Then immediately after the trade kerk quit game, that makes me believe it was teamwork.

I have checked over the trade you mention in your first post.

The trade offer came from gentlemen to kerk.
The trade accepted was rather unbalanced imo. However the trade would have given possibility for kerk to trade, for instance with thedamman for the remaining pink. At the time of trade gentlemen and kerk were the players with cash. However kerk did not attempt this and just quit the game, by the looks.

My theory on this could be he accepted the trade having read it wrongly. Saw what he accepted and so left. Possibly he misread the 1000 involved.

As for the chat log for the game, I am not happy at the nonstop comments about or to kerk for being a "noob". Comments on how did he get his rating. Not very nice guys.

In light of that I'm not in the least surprised he quit the game after the trade that was not exactly fair on him. So unless I find further reason, I will not be punishing him.

On the other hand having read the chat log and seen the trade offered by gentlemen, I feel he was attempting to take advantage of a player who was less skilled, or newer at the game.

For this reason, as I find the trade bordering on cheat as it gave instant benefit and income to gentlemen, and would only be of benefit to kerk if he was able to trade. I will reduce points by 50% for gentlemen. This was going to be 25% until I read gentlemen admitting to taking advance of a less skilled player.

Also a strong warning to not pick on low rank players, and that goes for all in that game. I'm surprised kerk stayed so long putting up with the flack he/she was getting.

Oh and gentlemen, I saw your lies to Judd, hoping to change any outcomes. Yes its all in the logs. Every word you type, so don't lie in future.

You actually admitted to taking advantage.
