it all depends on the situation really. Do not forget you have to build on those field. If the players in question do nothave enuff cash building on them will only catalyse thier death. I do not think that light blue is a cheat since it is only worth 10 credits and no more. in regards of green its the same it worth 200 only. but all in all it depends on the cash amount both has and the degree of recess.

please provide more information and be more sepcific in the future about your complains this would help out the volunteering modsis a lot.

forgot to add. this is a game of tactics!!!!
one of them mite want green and sold l. blues by forcing someone to sell what he or she wants cheaply so that the opposite party can build. It sounds more like a tactical move rather than a cheat. though I could be wrong.

just been browsing and came across www.watchesshopping.net there prices seem to be way lower that standard. All of the wristwatches seem to be priced around $300 to $400. Are they fakes? The site seems to look quite legit.
