The initial price paid at auctions for colored-properties would go up and hence the value of white/black properties would decrease.
I often don't care to bid on colored properties because statisticly it takes a lot of rounds before full sets CAN be auctioned by a player already owning one or two of that particular sets. When he finally obtains his monopoly it's mostly already too late in the game to turn them into victory-delivering-assets. |

I love this idea. I think it should even be decreased to the average "7" initially, mainly to see how much of an effect it has. Personally, at 9 I think it'd only be used on the very last colored set (since one usually has at least 2 colors/blacks/whites open), and only rarely (whatever 100%(1-((6/7)^9) is).
And to snickers, read the home page. This game is aimed to be a monopoly game with more strategy and less luck, is it not? |
