This is my first post and my first time reporting another player.

4 player game just finished
players in the game were:
Jeep, Lion11, ffive, and I was Charles

At the start of the game i bought one orange one black and one white and then one yellow. I was then low on cash. So ffive bought up one orange and the other yellow cheap. then he got 2 blacks. Anyway it would seem that it would have helped us both to have made a fair trade, however he just kept sending me very one sided trades. I sent him back 4 good offers for the yellow to a value of 1500, ie 3rd black and 200 credits but he always refused and wanted my orange and a lot of cash too.

I refused his trades and after that he started the abuse. He then blocked all my cards and even made a very bad trade with cyan to Jeep purely to block my chances of trading with Jeep for brown. Please check his trade of 2 brown for 2 cyan with Jeep. It basically gave Jeep the game and he said this in the chat later in the game. At this point he started to joke at me saying that he only made the trade in order to see me die and that all that mattered to him was that I took last place.

Later in the game he then tried again to trade with me this time for green. Basically he wanted all my properties and most of my money too. Anyway he sent me a further 5 of 6 very unfair trades. I refused them all. At this point I was a bit fed up and it might have been hard for me to accept even if he had sent a fair offer, which he didnt.

He then made another cheap trade to lion for his two Blue again to try to push me to 4th. Continuing the abuse and ridicule regarding how bad a player I am in many different ways after i tried to talk to him reasonably he bloced me but continued the poor sportsmanship and abuse through to the end.

At the end of the game his luck turned bad and he started to loose, he then got angry at Jeep and started swearing at him and threatening to get him back at some other point.

Now this is not the first time he has done this. Its the 4th time he has done something like this when I dont accept his bad trades. Not only that but after the game he then PMs me with bad words like Whos your Daddy? assada is your daddy, and you cant play for sh*t and now im with your mum for some fun.

Anyway just childish comments coming over the pm when I am in another game.

He refused my offer. he said it is too much for him. i replied if i had the ability to buy that i would buy that single green. moreover i asked him few times that does wan to trade, instead of denying my offer he was talking abt his pride.

JEEP started to call me i m poor player. I didnt knw at the begaining why he was saying me this thing even though we made a good trade. later he said that "go make a report abt me. forum is urs'. Then i remembered that i made a report abt him and he got banned. when he got to know that i will loose then he opened his mouth, at the beginning he was just a normal player. He(JEEP) used even this word ' REVENGE'. It means he is not happy at all what i did with him couples of month ago (if i remember correctly). he didnt forget that beoz of me he got banned. He is a psycho to me. I thought he will changed his behaiviour but instead of doing it he bcame more unstable. I dont knw what i can do if i play with him again. He is making me confused. any idea?

now coming back to u falun. I want myself to get banned if again i m saying if i sent to u any of pms saying those nasty things and If not I demand to mod that falun gets atleast few days of break.
He accused me for those things which i have never done with him or her.
I am feeling very offended now.

First of all, what you were offering him was pretty even with what he was offering you as far a good trade offers so we will let that be for now.
Second of all, i reviewed all of the chat and i do not see where he pm'd you and said wrong things, giving a false report against someone is not allowed. Maybe you are unaware but when reviewing chat we can also see pm's.
Consider this your first and last warning regarding your report.
Third you basically harassed him throughout the game telling him no one likes him and he is a bad player. Now while his strategy may not be liked by many, it is not a cheat strategy. Please refrain from harassing other players, if you do not like how they play avoid playing with them when possible and if in a game with them, keep you negative comments to yourself.
As for ffive you did your share of taunting and you did use foul language once.
Consider this your last warning for bad language and taunting another player, if all you have is negativity to say then keep your comments to yourself.
Finally please do not "demand" a mod to do anything...we review complaints and make a decision based on the facts we can see, it is not for a player to state what a penalty should be.

Believe me, ffive would have been banned long ago if I had reported him every time he was rude or unsportsman like to me.

I have not made a false report.
He has indeed pm'd me many times after games. I did not say it was this game. But many others and if you can check asadadada to see his pms to falun and to Heston you will see this. He didnt pm to gloat and abuse this time only because he lost. As I said he has done this many times. Once he pmed me when I has started another game for about 20 minuites non stop.
As this is a fact and you can check pm's too as you say I'm sure you can look back to these days where we played and see what he wrote.
Plus if he has done it to me on multiple occations then he probably is doing it often to others too.

So even though he clearly used the f-word and my 12 year old brother was watching the game he again is cleared to continue playing.
Anyway I'm glad you have the power to check the pms in his games as asadadada against falun and Heston or the very next game Heston played because there you will clearly see how he operates.

As you said this is the first time you reported. You need to report when an incident happens not just in general and for us to check history without a given date.
Checking past days causes game dc's occasionally so the sooner they are checked the better. We need dates times and specifics, so any time it happens feel free to post and it will be checked.
