Hi,

Game with ultchat1 and hoopy3.
Hoppy3 been sending trade to me and when I accepted one he say it was a cheat trade but he has been sending the same trade twice.

Eventually he started to send cheat trades to ultcha1 to spoil game.
Please kindly check and ban him.

50% reduction to both for cheat trading
Either player may pm me with any question or comment regarding this penalty.
