asx1 and kitboy - trace_3p

1 white (making 2nd) for 3rd orange and 2nd blue

Can a mod take a look please?

I still managed to come 1st but I'm not so sure the white did asx1 a lot of good as he was very short of cash (so the 3rd was some what out of reach in my opinion), and was trying to build cyan anyway. kitboy obviously built the orange, then very quickly got the 3rd d blue. Short time later asx1 realises he is doomed and quit.

I'm going to have to call it as a stupid move. There was no malicious intent behind it, and it did technically benefit both. Adding cash to the mix would have been the smarter route...but that's just poor judgement, not cheating.
