4 player game, ended 8 :18 European time.

I was playing as HanibleChongMong

Tom starts calling me a cheat because I opened the second pink. After I explain that its not a cheat to open a second card he then sells 3rd green to Whitman for 200 and then leaves the game. This is a clear and deliberate cheat trade.

Now straight after this Whitman realises it is a cheat trade and acknologies this fact to me. (please see the chat) He also then quits the game. It seems to me he just made a mistake in accepting the green and in no way wanted it to effect the game.

But this is the usual kind of thing from Tom.

The game had gone down to 3p by the time of the trade.

Trade was tom6 to whitmin

173 cash

giving 2 white, 2 black and last green

Both users are people who have been on GM for sometimes and thus know the trade rules.

So despite the fact that they quit the game, I will still point reduce as they both are fully aware prior to the trade that is was without question 100% a cheat trade.

50% point reduction for both

All rulings are based on circumstances of each game, trades, prior knowledge if they were doing wrong. Previous bans, point reductions etc etc

So its a bit of a black art, thumb in the wind kinda thing.

Was a bit difficult for me to understand as I work with absolutes rules and numbers.

Ill stick with trying to understand Aerospace Design, its easier.
