Game played at 2256hrs mountain time when i asked monopoly12345 to stop stalling he told me to shut up and carried on doing it this lasted all game. His silly chat carried into the lobby

This was the first complaint of stalling, so normally wouldn't go straight to a ban.

HOWEVER, due to the chat directly after the game in the lobby, and the silly attitude of scrolling in the game I will take this straight to a ban.

5 day ban for monopoly12345
