Ok the chat was talking about a trade offer of which campione had made earlier in the game, 3rd white for 4th black. You stated that you felt that was unfair, hence you didn't accept (fair enough everyone has the right to not accept any trade they feel is not ok to them). Campione then called you an idiot for saying it was an unfair trade.
For this he receives a warning. It was as far as I can tell a one time thing. Obviously if it becomes a habit that will need addressing.

Just to clarify, the trade offer would have been quite acceptable. It would of given both improvement within the game. Not ideal, but sometimes it is not possible to get the ideal trade if others do not hold the equivalent. But it is still within the right of every player to chose to accept or reject any offer made.
