I tried to log in the game a minute ago and a message appeared: ''User is already logged in'' .I wonder is this a bug-failure of the system or should I worry that someone entered with my account?

This is most likely that the server did not realize your account had been disconnected. I have on occasion logged in and saw one of my other accounts that I was on with eariler still on. It usually dissapears in a few minutes or so.

Josh is right. I expect you were logged in, dc'ed completedly (server is messing around). You then tried to log back in and it would say user still connected. Just where the server hasn't figured out that you got thrown out in the dc.
Same has just happened to me from a dc.
