Post subject: cheat trade in 3p game |
|
|
hello trace, i just played 3p game 26/12/09 at indian time 8:00 pm
with tiberius and delkalb my id is boss4p
delkalb had fully built greens and pink, while tiberius had 4 whites and brown and orange, and the start was in recession. and tib had around 100 as cash tib sold the oranges to delkalb for 400 i think.
since delkalb is already winning he doesnt need to buy the orange, since it only benefited one side.
pls have a look at it and let me know.
thx |

First, recession was at -175
Second, i was pretty much out of money
Third, i sold orange which was of no use to me for 500, not 400
Final, Boss2boss is a crybaby who constantly accusses other of cheating and tries to convince other players to play and trade in his behalf. I think that accussing others of cheating without any proof is as bad as cheating itself. |

Ok firstly this trade was technically a cheat trade as it did not advance either player.
The trade was at -175 start for 3 orange (not upgraded) for 500 cash.
Tiberus was struggling, cash at 67 credit 650 owning 3 black 3 brown level 2 upgrades and 4 white. Although he had fairly good income he did not have anything but 2 downgrades on brown.
delkalb was winning easily, he owned green level 5, pink level 2 with 2920 cash and 950 credit.
boss had -245 cash with 1780 credit
yellow on full upgrades
1 black
cyan full upgrades and d blue on level 2.
So I would guess that boss was most likely to come in 2nd place. Tib in 3rd and delkalb in 1st.
The trade offered 500 cash to Tib, yes useful but overall not enough to change much. Delkalb was winning so spending 500 then 1500 to upgrade orange is really not necessary at all. Hence its a cheat trade.
However as the trade did not alter the final outcome in my belief, I will allow it to go this time with no penality. But I ask both Tiberous and delkalb to please be more careful trading in future, as it may result in point reduction in future trading.
To note the actual outcome was: (I checked this after writting above btw)
1st delkalb
2nd boss
3rd Tiberus
So not it didn't change the game outcome. |
