Total cheat trade about 6:30am EST in a 4p
Players were lazy-susan, elvishasentered, galacticmagnatelord, and hussaa
Last two purple (making a set) for 1000
Not even base price, just awful

hussaa gave 2 pinks to glactic to make set for her for 1000
as glactic at -200 start had only 1700 cash in hand she was not in a position to pay much above this price
even if a base price of 2 pink is more than 1000 it doesnt mean u cant sell below that if trade is going to benefit both parties
here hussa got valuable 1000 in cash to survive & to improve his chance from last position whereas glactic bought pink at -200 start with low cash in hand, as she had cyan & orange set fully upgraded it was easy for her to degrade orange set & to upgrade pink to level 2
at the end glactic won the game & hussa came 3rd
so i think this particular trade was a good1 for both parties as both advance their position from where they were before the trade
trade was a good 1 so no action taken
impotant : when people talk about the base value they should consider the credit value more not the orignal fixed price of a particular card while trading

Look at the logic of your statement.
Because the cheat benefited them, and they advanced their position, it makes it okay?
Plus your statement about "was not in a position to pay more" also is faulty.
If you aren't in a position to pay the correct amount, the trade should NOT be made. Otherwise, it's just a cheat

Kreso's rules on trading

I'd just like an explanation then on the thread I posted above, and why there were two different rulings for basically the same situation?

I have ruled the trade as a cheat as it did not benefit both players in furthering their end rank position within the game. It only aided Franz-Josef in gaining 1st. Ibullpaul came last in 4th. |

The game you are comparing this one against was back in MARCH.
Since I also did not post the trade log itself at the time, you are asking way too much, my memory is good, but NOT that bloody good.
But as my post on that game stated, the trade did NOT ADVANCE both players. The game you posted today DID advance them.
Therefore there is no comparison. |
