lets get to the example directly...

There are 2 brothers in a family shareing the same computer.... If one brother is banned whats will hapen to 2nd brothers account?

not as clear cut as that, you need to be more pragmatic if you are refering to a recent incident.

A player banned in glactic megnate by a mod means that his IP address is entered in a database which dont allow them to log in to the server.

so any account from that ip wont let u log in.

its like if u ban an ip of a net cafe no computer in that cafe could log in from there computers!

without wanting to go in to too much detail, bans dont specificaly have to be against ip address

Mods only do that if there is a severe offense over multiple times. And I believe only Admins can do that, on 2nd thought.

lol maybe ... but this case is bigger then that ... please think about it as we continue to publish threads about how to do publicity... actually word of mouth is the main publicity and i have people in my home who play as well although they are not a fan but they do...
