On a forum search I can't find this player having been report for stalling before.

Generally speaking stalling is not punishable as we can not rule out connection issues, or any other reason.

Sorry no action will be taken on this occasion.

Well I can now add myself to the list of players he's stalled with.

once again though trace, it is hard to punish unless it is constant day in day out, as this player may well be having issues with connection or people at the door, or at work etc, it is frustrating but we cannot take any action unless one more complaint is made.

sorry Rolling Eyes

I know.
But since I remembered answering this complaint, thought I would just add my experience to it.
Time will tell if this is a constant issue or just coincidental.

Don't you think that if he wasn't stalling and had connection problems he would have said? Wake up, coz right now he is making you lot waste even more time discussing the bleeding obvious - he is a staller.

We need a return to no-stalling rules which were, for some reason I can't fathom, dropped on a whim. Also, I think I invited Bill to explain why there had been a u-turn on the no time wasting rule elsewhere in the forum, and there's not yet been an explanation.

Noone is arguing to ban those who have connection issues - in this case as in many others recently it is clear that deliberate time wasting, rather than any innocent explanation, is the cause.

in reply crabbs i dont recall seeing you ask me anywhere, and as far as i can remember it was only persistent stallers that were punishd there's never been a rule for it

Oh, yesterday I played a 5p where Radiant was there. I warned him at the start that if he stalled as he has done in other games, I would have him banned for a long time. He didn't stall. Draw your own conclusions.
