The 4p game started at about 6:30-6:45pm EST

Players were Vinjak, Klime, Aleqqqs, and i_stink


Vinjak and Klime were collaborating the whole game in a foreign language, and at one point Aleqqqs even asked them to speak English. The one guy clearly knew English as he responded in the chat in English- he then went back to teaming with Klime. They blocked pretty effectively as a team, and even were telling each other "Bravo!" when I landed on either of their properties(I distinctly remember this at around start +50). Aleqqqs agreed with me that they were teaming as well. Another instance of this was that one was telling the other what to do money wise, and then later he opened the last orange for the other to complete the set.

I have checked everything I I can check. Have run a fair amount of the chat through a translator as well.

I cannot find anything I can use to confirm teaming.

I believe players speaking in different language while in game where someone can't understand what they are saying should be banned.

It is preferred that players use english, and we certainly try to encourage people to. However personally I don't feel I can ban players for not using english, they may not understand english well.
Just because some one is not speaking in english doesn't mean they are teaming or cheating. It's annoying, but I personally don't feel I could justify a ban for it.

Fair enough Trace, but I believe that this just highlights the need for players to be able to choose who they play with (I believe someone suggested this in another thread).
