There was definitely an element of friendship/teaming going on. Trades some what bizarre, however both players have low points on all their accounts. So I will assume they are relatively new to this game so might not have a good understanding of property values.

However there was a attempt made by zoran to give remaining cash to mkaya, with a mention of friendship.

I have deducted 25% points from both players.

Would be more, but as still relatively new with low point accounts, one of which had i taken 50% would be less than the starting 1k.
